Requirements:
- Excellent English speaking.
- IT Friendly, keen on computer tools.
- Previous experience in helpdesk or customer service role (Not excluding).
- Availability to work full time, either in day or night shift at our facilities in Zonamerica.
- Communication skills are a key competency for the role.
