JOB DESCRIPTION:
The tasks of the Senior SM PM comprise the ongoing support of the construction site from the start of the access road and crane platform construction to the cable installation and foundation works until the site is ready for installation:
TASKS:
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements on site
• Instruct and coordinate all parties involved on the construction site, both internal and external
• Implement and manage construction site meetings upon coordination with GPM
• Construction site reporting to the GPM
• Ensure implementation and compliance with the project schedule
• Inspect services rendered and check additional services according to the four-eye principle in the case of large orders
• Preliminary check of invoices
• Contact person for SM PM, EWM, SM IW and TLC
• Contact person for customer with regard to construction site matters
• Implement and follow up on HSE activities
• Cooperate with HSO in regards to daily safety walks, toolbox meetings on HSE
• Conduct accident investigations and reporting in cooperation with HSO and GPM
• Check and compile documentation (Civil & Electrical Works)
• Taking over of WEC and the documentation from ESC (see below)
• Report without delay to the HSO and GPM in the event of HSE deviations
• He is authorized to stop processes, quarantine or expel persons from the construction site if persons are exposed to grave danger or if regulations are violated
QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualification in Civil Engineer
• Minimum experience of 5 years in similar position
• Experience working with teams
• Capacity for teamwork
• High communication skills with international colleagues and suppliers
• Work requires English professional written and verbal communication
• Availability to travel national and international
