Tasks:
-Registration and booking incoming invoices
-Communication with suppliers and account clearing.
-Booking of travel expenses including credit cards.
-Close communication with the Headquarters in Aurich (Germany) and consultants in Uruguay.
-General organization of accountancy in Uruguay.
-Preparing months end closings and years end closings.
Qualifications:
-Qualification in Business Administration, with focus on Accounting.
-Minimum experience of 3 years in accounts payable, accounts receivable and/or financial accounting.
-Experience working with SAP, FI and MM modules.
-Capacity for teamwork.
-High communication skills with international colleagues and suppliers.
-Work requires English professional written and verbal communication.
-Availability to travel national and international
