L S O MANAGER SOUTH AGENT
(Uruguay, Peru, Paraguay and Bolivia)
The position:
Will report to SC-South America President.
Main Responsabilities:
- Responsible for budget.
- Strategic planning and activity follow up.
- Work with and support Agents in the area.
- Support and drive Agents in sales when necessary
- Identify and build relationship with all major dairy players in the area together with the agents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the agents with business planning and budget
- Secure agents contractual requirements and ensure compliance
- Follow up on budget, estimate and actual performance of dealers. Analysis performance of agents and provide deviations analysis to SC-President.
- Assist agents in major projects by coordinating technical sales support from SC –SA solution specialists .
- Work with all SC/regional personnel to train and improve sales techniques and product / solutions of agents.
- Coordinates information requests and getting answers to agents questions
- Ensure total solutions, including farm supplies and Animal Health/Nutrition for customers are introduced and promoted to farms via the agents.
Requirements:
Agriculture Engineer or Veterinarian.
MBA
1-5+years working experience in a commercial company
Fluent in English and Spanish
